I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guesthouse in Spetses Town. The location was ideal, as it was close enough to walk to everything in the town center. The highlight of my stay was the lovely terrace sitting area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast each morning was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The view from my room was also breathtaking, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The only downside I noticed was that the rooms had a bit too much furniture inside, making them feel slightly cramped.

Excellent location near the port. Friendly manager. Clean and well-equipped room. Offered homemade lemonade upon arrival. Enjoyed the small balcony. Silent air-conditioning. Liked the breakfast: fresh orange juice, coffee, boiled egg, ham & cheese sandwich, peach, bread/butter/honey/jam.

The room was superbly clean and spacious, with a stylish decor and perfect amenities. The location was ideal, close to the port and restaurants, but away from the noisy center. The breakfast in the lovely garden was excellent. The owners, especially Mrs. Aspasia, were the sweetest and most perfect hosts. The Wi-Fi was very good. We had a marvelous stay and can't wait to come back.

We recently stayed at Niriides in Spetses for a wedding and had a magnificent holiday. The apartment was spacious with a stunning sea view balcony. The location was perfect, just seconds away from the heart of town but still quiet. The family who runs the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Spetses.

We arrived feeling exhausted from our journey, but were instantly refreshed by a delicious glass of homemade lemonade. The warm welcome from the hosts set the tone for our entire stay at this fantastic guesthouse. Our apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need, with fresh linens provided daily. The breakfast spread was incredible, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade cakes, croissants, eggs, fruit. We were even offered the option to have breakfast delivered to our room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the waterfront. We couldn't have asked for better service or a more comfortable stay. It truly exceeded our expectations.
